Here’s How
1.
Fill out the intake form (Linked below).
You’ll be asked to select a project start date based on my current availability.
Each website project is allotted 2-3 weeks, depending on its scope.
2.
Review your proposal and ask questions.
If you’d like to proceed, I’ll send you our agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer invoice to book your spot.
Please Note: I do not book intake meetings or phone calls. All communication at this point is via email.
3.
Upload your logo, photos, and descriptions of your offer(s) to our shared google drive folder.
Make sure to send me everything I need to design your website one week before our project start date.
4.
Review your website and send edits.
Within 5 days of your project start date, I will send you a first look of your website.
You will have two rounds of edits, up to 2 hours total.
The final round of edits is due 2 business days before project launch.
5.
Launch!
Prior to launch the final 50% of the project total is due.
We will also set a time to sit down so I can instruct you on how to use and maintain your website.

I started as a wedding photographer, which led to small business marketing, graphic design, then website design, and even teaching business and marketing to aspiring entrepreneurs. Oh! In order to devote the time and attention my website design projects need, I only take on one at a time.
Each website design project is allotted 2-3 weeks, depending on its scope. (Most projects are completed within 2 weeks.)
In the intake form, you will be asked to select a project start date based on my current availability.
Upon booking, a reservation retainer equal to 50% of the entire design fee is required. No project is reserved until the Agreement and Retainer are received.
You will then be given access to a shared Google Drive folder where you can upload your website content, photos, branding, and more. All content must be uploaded by the week before the project start date.
I will send you a first look of the website within 5 days of the project start date.
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions, not to exceed 2 hours total.
You will be given a certain amount of time to submit each round of revisions. Revisions must be submitted via email.
Additional revisions will be billed at $125/hr.
The balance due for the website design services must be paid prior to launch.

All websites are required to be completed in their allotted time.
If you would like additional revisions or time beyond the project scope, additional work will be billed at $125/hr., due prior to website launch.

Yes! You will receive your own login to access the website.
Prior to launch, we will set a 1 hour in-person or online meeting where I will teach you how to update your website and answer any Squarespace questions you may have.

Not at all! I will take care of that for you, and your credit card will automatically be billed for annual renewals.

Your hosting will need to be through Squarespace, but I can help you close your current hosting account once your new website has launched. If you already have a domain, I can either redirect your domain to your new website or transfer your domain to Squarespace.

Yes! While each website package includes up to one hour of instruction on how to update your website, I can always maintain and update it for you.
My website maintenance rate is $125/hour, billed in quarter hour increments.
Please note that I am no longer maintaining websites built by an outside designer/developer.

Not ready for a full website but would still “something” to be live on the web? A cover page is the perfect placeholder.
This single page will convey that your website is coming soon and can include your contact info, hours/location, quick links to your social media platforms, an email newsletter sign-up form, and links to your online booking platform, if applicable.
And when you’re ready for a full website design, you’ll receive 30% off!

On the project start date we will pay for your website hosting and domain on your credit/debit card. (Most clients pay $276/year for hosting and $20/year for domain.) If you already have a domain, I can transfer it to Squarespace.
I will send you a first look of the website within 2 days of the project start date.
Your cover page project includes 1 round of revisions, not to exceed 30 minutes total.
You will have 2 days to submit your requested revisions, via email.
Revisions will be completed and the website will be launched within 1 day.
Additional revisions will be billed at $125/hr.
