Awareness Through Movement lessons are based in neurobiology, martial arts, and body mechanics. Each guided meditation is designed to take you back to your natural movement patterns. The patterns that get messed up by injury, fears, life. This is a form where the less you do, the faster you learn and the more you improve - hard for type As, but so, so worth it
