What is the best way to reach you?
What are your office hours?
I’m typically in the studio Monday through Thursday. Meetings and phone calls can be scheduled on these days from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

We are located in Serendipity Studios in Studio 18 of Littleton’s Tannery Marketplace.

What is your lead time?
For hourly work, a 72+ hour lead-time is required. Anything less than that is subject to a rush rate.
Branding projects typically take 2-4 weeks to complete, website design 6-8 weeks, and photography 3-4 weeks. (More info below.)
What are your rates and terms?
Proposals are delivered on a per-project basis, following initial consultation. Proposals, once signed, become contracts, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing for website design and branding projects. Remaining balance is due prior to web launch or upon branding completion. Marketing Refresh package rates are due in advance.
For hourly work, clients are billed monthly after work has been completed. Unless otherwise noted, all payment terms are Net 30 and subject to a $25 fee if late.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do! We accept credit cards, checks, and cash. Credit cards can either be processed in person via our Quickbooks chip reader, or online via your Quickbooks invoice or website purchase. Canadian checks will require an additional $15 in processing, unless the check has a nine digit routing number.
Websites & Branding
What do your website packages come with?
We believe that websites should come fully loaded. Each website design package includes:
• Responsive features for desktop, tablet, and mobile view
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Google My Business set-up, Google Analytics integration, Google Search Console submission
• Email opt-in integration
• GSuite email set-up for up to 3 accounts
• Up to two hours of instruction on how to maintain your website
Which web platform do you use?
All websites are designed on Squarespace with special exceptions made for Shopify. We find that Squarespace offers a sleek, modern, and easily customizable design while both platforms are easy for clients to maintain.
Do I need to buy a domain name and website hosting before we begin?
Not at all! We will take care of that for you, and you'll have the option to pay Squarespace directly or be invoiced annually by Miss MegaBug.
What if I already have a website domain and hosting?
Your hosting will need to be through Squarespace, but we can help you close your current hosting account once your new website has launched. If you already have a domain, we can either redirect your domain to your new website or transfer your domain to Squarespace.
When will my project be complete?
Each proposal will include a timeline for completion, which ranges anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months. Depending upon your involvement and turn-around when delivering requested information, branding projects should take 2-4 weeks, web projects 6-8 weeks.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes! While each website package includes up to two hours of instruction on how to update your website, we can always maintain and update it for you. Our website maintenance rate is $75/hour, billed in quarter hour increments.
Please note that we are no longer maintaining websites built by an outside designer/developer.
Do you offer wedding coverage or portrait shoots?
We are no longer offering wedding coverage. Family and senior portraits by exception only.

Print and web versions of your photos will be sent within 3-4 weeks of your shoot via WeTransfer.
